Nando's Dashboard

A custom web application built and deployed for use across multiple restaurants in the region, automating performance reporting for managers & the restaurant. Gathers weekly performance data (NPS, KDS, sales, inaccurate items, wages, etc.) from internal systems. Separates metrics by morning/evening shifts and generates both weekly and 4-week period reports. Includes manager performance tracking with rankings, pattern identification, and visual data tables. Saves store managers hours per week, improves accuracy, and enables data-driven decision-making.
